Projects

Projects are designed for work scenarios. When you select a Project during recording, Speaker Diarization is enabled.

Settings

• People — For matching speakers and extracting tasks.
• Keyterm — For transcription accuracy.
• Formatted Title — Template with {timestamp}. Example: Weekly Meeting {timestamp} → "Weekly Meeting 2025-01-30".
• Wake Word — Auto-switch to this Project within the first 3 minutes.

Tags

Tags provide a lightweight way to categorize notes. Define a Tag with a name and description — AI uses the description to automatically assign tags to matching notes.

Tag Settings

• Description — Helps AI understand when to apply this tag.
• AI Auto-select — When disabled, AI won't assign this tag automatically.
